Snow Removal Before 8 AM (Businesses, churches,  schools etc…)

Contract initiates when accumulation of snow reaches 2 inches BEFORE 8am. Base rate applies up to 5 inches of accumulation. Snowfall accumulation of 5 inches or more doubles the base rate. Of accumulation exceeds 8 inches we will return and the base rate will apply again, up to 4 inches of additional accumulation. Snow will be pushed to the area that will give patrons the easiest access & accommodation. To accommodate your business needs, we will perform service between the hours of 6 am & 8 am unless otherwise specified. In order to provide the most efficient service possible, parking in the service areas during specified hours should be kept to a minimum.

Snow Removal After 10AM (Condominiums, Residences etc…)

Contract initiates when accumulation of snow reaches 2 inches after 10am.  Do you want us cleaning your stairs off at  3am?  If we are removing snow in a parking lot your car will be there, so we wait til you are up and gone.   Base rate applies up to 5 inches of accumulation. Snowfall accumulation of 5 inches or more doubles the base rate. Of accumulation exceeds 8 inches we will return and the base rate will apply again, up to 4 inches of additional accumulation. Snow will be pushed to the area that will give patrons the easiest access & accommodation. To accommodate your needs, we will perform services AFTER 10am unless otherwise specified. Please have all vehicles moved in order to provide the most efficient service possible.

Seasonal Snow Removal – November thru April (Snow Insurance)

Contract initiates when contract is signed and the first installment of two is received.  When it snows over 2 inches your covered.  When it snows ALOT, your covered.   If you have a BUDGET this is for you.  You do not have to worry how much is it going to be now?  You pay half on Nov. 1st and the second installment is paid on Jan 1st.  We make a commitment to you and service your snow needs all year long.   Snow will be pushed to the area that will give patrons the easiest access & accomodation. To accomodate your business needs, we will perform service between the hours of 6 am & 8 am unless otherwise specified. In order to provide the most efficient service possible, parking in the service areas during specified hours should be kept to a minimum.
